Simon started out as a technical consultant advising the largest companies in the world. He succeeded in product innovation, sales and marketing leadership roles before being a Chief of Research advisor for Gartner and a successful C suite executive.

Jim started out as a Scientist. His analytical mind led to success as an industry analyst, with Gartner for over 2 decades, defining markets and advising organizations. He transitioned to c suite executive applying deep domain knowledge to accelerate growth.

Both Jim and Simon are pioneers in the customer services space, with a particular fondness for helping Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), CRM Customer Engagement, Workforce Engagement Management and many related customer services technology vendors. And both are successful industry analysts that shaped markets and whose success led to them becoming successful c suite executives for leading customer service technology vendors.
